Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for a full semester contract in Sterling Heights, MI. This onsite role offers 37.5 hours per week serving K-12 students, with approximately 50 students on the caseload. The caseload specifics will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students to support their educational goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
• Participate in meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential required
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of about 50 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy assessment and intervention techniques
