Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and improve existing ones.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process health and improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping, P&ID development, and data analysis for process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic, Aspen Hysys)
• Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or robotics
• Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and scripting
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
