Full time LPN: Afternoon shift

Allegria Village is one of the largest senior living communities in the United States, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing—all on one beautiful campus in Dearborn. We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for our Skilled Nursing facility .

Available Shift:
Full-Time/Part-time: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehab settings
Active LPN or RN license in good standing
BLS CPR certification required
A true team player who shows up, steps up, and puts residents first
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering safe, compassionate nursing care that meets or exceeds our community standards
Ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Administering and documenting medications (including narcotics) accurately and responsibly
Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations
Communicating clearly with residents and families about care plans and progress
Keeping detailed, regulation-compliant documentation
Participating in meetings, trainings, and continuous education
Supporting your team and stepping in wherever needed
What You Bring:
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
Dependability and commitment to scheduled shifts
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Comfort using electronic medical records and standard software
Education & Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program
Current license in the State of Michigan
Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Able to stand, walk, push, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
Comfortable working around individuals with communicable diseases
