Vehicle fleet manager

Are you an energetic, motivated individual looking for a rewarding, flexible opportunity? EZcar is seeking a Vehicle Fleet Manager to oversee the delivery, organization, and upkeep of our growing car-sharing fleet near Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) .
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in maintaining vehicles, and thrives in a hands-on environment outside the traditional 9–5 routine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily movement of vehicles between our parking facility (within 5 miles of DTW) and DTW airport for guest deliveries and returns
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for guests
- Work independently while communicating effectively with the EZcar remote operations team
Qualifications
- Must live within 10 minutes of DTW Airport
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Prior experience in vehicle management, car rental, or maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when needed
- Candidates with an additional support person to assist in vehicle deliveries will be prioritized
Compensation
- Base Pay: $2,300/month
- Performance Incentives: Average $400/month for completed vehicle deliveries (airport + maintenance runs)
- Total Expected: ~$2,700/month
