About the Role:

As a Machine Electrician / Panel Builder at AG Innovation, you will play a key role in assembling and wiring custom machinery and control panels. You’ll work closely with our assembly and controls team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings

• Field wire machinery and troubleshoot electrical systems

• Assemble units using hand and power tools according to specifications

• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines

• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and safety procedures

• Safely lift and position materials and equipment (up to 30 lbs or more)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the electrical trade

• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and wiring industrial equipment

• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and wiring issues

• Valid driver’s license required

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Must demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance
