Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the plant budget, control expenses, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant management team and workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Maintain high product quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong understanding and proven application of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience leading automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field
• Prior experience managing operations across multiple manufacturing sites
