Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Support special projects and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with virtual communication tools and platforms, such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
