• Experience floating to PCU.
• Proficient with Telemetry.
• ACLS (AHA) & BLS (AHA).
• COVID-19 vaccine, exemptions allowed.
• Must be able to read and interpret heart rhythms.
• Must pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor.
• Work history.
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty.
• 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed.
• ACLS (AHA)
