Prerequisites:

• Truck & Trailer: 2015 or newer
• Trailer: Hotshot flatbed, minimum 20 ft, preferred 40 ft

· Valid Chauffeur’s license

· Valid Medical Card

• Maximum combination: 26,001 GVWR
• Minimum driver age: 21 years
• Clean driving record
• Solo operator
• Note:_ Equipment must be provided by the driver; we do not supply trucks or trailers _
