Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations and workflow.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators.
• Ensure all fabrication activities meet quality standards and specifications.
• Schedule and prioritize production tasks to meet deadlines.
• Monitor material usage, optimize processes, and minimize waste.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and workplace best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production planning teams on project requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, including welding, cutting, and forming.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations in fabrication.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize fabrication processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for reviewing designs and optimizing processes.
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced certifications in specialized fabrication techniques (e.g., robotic welding, laser cutting).
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and material management.
