What You'll Be Doing:
The role of an Executive Assistant is important to the success of the executive and, as a result, the company. An Executive Assistant helps the executive for whom they work with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
Collaboration Opportunities:
This role will support the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel. This role will also collaborate with other EAs within the organization to support our leadership team.
· Proactively manage a complex and dynamic calendar to ensure alignment with executive(s) priorities and organizational goals, while maintaining a clear understanding of high-priority internal and external stakeholders to appropriately prioritize their access.
· Review, prioritize and respond to emails, phone calls, meeting notes, and follow up action items, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization. Urgent matters are escalated as needed, and requests are filtered to maintain focus on high-impact items.
· Organize and maintain records and databases related to the executive's work including preparing and editing papers, reports, presentations and other materials.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· Research and analyze data and information to support the executive's decision making.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, partners and vendors. This includes collaborative, effective and positive communication with other company executive assistants on scheduling and other project tasks.
· Perform administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, and time tracking.
· Assistance with team specific project work, briefings, and presentations, as needed.
The Preferred Experience We Look For:

High school diploma or GED; associate degree in administrative assisting or related field preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.

5-8 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role that included a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Law firm or in-house legal department administrative experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with attention to detail and accuracy.

Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $33.65 - $38.50 per hour. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
