Territory Sales Manager
meriPro Roofing a national industry leader in Storm Restoration in exterior home remodeling is immediately hiring a Territory Sales Manager for Michigan! The Territory Sales Manager plays a vital role in our sales leadership team contributing both individually and supporting their outside sales force. AmeriPro Roofing is looking for the right individual with previous experience in the Storm Restoration and Insurance Claim process for wind and hail damage to grow our footprint in the Northern Indiana, Southwest and Southeast Michigan markets! The Territory Sales Manager will ensure the sales force reaches optimal consistent performance by providing continuous field support. They will be relied on as an expert closing insurance company Adjusters to pay homeowners what they are entitled to on wind and hail claims for Roofing, Siding, Window and Gutter projects as well as assist on retail projects.
The Territory Sales Manager must be physically able and willing to get on ladders, and climb roofs off all sizes, stories and steepness! This individual must be passionate about creating and building a team with the understanding they will be selling and contributing individually along the way.
Compensation & Benefits for Territory Sales Manager
Bi-weekly Draw advancement $3-4K
Commission on approved sales (Paid on the Gross)
- $105,000 - $350,000 / year
- Bonuses (Individual and Branch)

Qualifications for Territory Sales Manager:
- 1-2 years previous experience in Sales Management, Training or Supervisory role preferred
- Previous experience in Roofing Sales, Storm Restoration (wind and hail damage) or general Home Improvement Industry Required
Must be physically able to climb ladders and walk Roofs.
Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.
Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps, files and photos.
Must have a valid Driver's license (Any State applicable)
Previous experience using a CRM platform
Experience following a documented consultative Sales System preferred
Responsibilities for Territory Sales Manager:
- Individual performance contribution which requires lead generation via canvassing door to door, networking, and referral business.
- Interview, hire, assist onboarding and train new hires in the field as part of national training program
Run and convert adjuster appointments for sales force (meet with insurance adjuster on property)
- Run and convert assigned preset leads (appointments)
- Help manage and maximize efficiency of assigned territory for yourself and existing sales force
- Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage
- Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings
- Review Scope of work Summaries and Sign Contracts with Homeowners
Continually update and progress job status in Canvass App, CRM and manage pipeline
Follow and uphold AmeriPro' s Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures
Be a collaborative AmeriPro leader!
Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
Educate and train customers on industry products, trends and AmeriPro' s processes
Maintain constant communication with Homeowners, Sales Force, and Corporate office staff
Lead weekly Sales meeting
