Location : Brighton, MI. Shifts/Pay Rate: ~1st Shift: $16.65 per hour (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) ~2nd Shift: $16.85 per hour (4:30 PM – 12:30 AM) ($0.20 shift premium included) Job Description: We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our Brighton, MI facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to establish a long-term position with room to grow. Key Responsibilities: ~ Assist with daily production activities including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection ~ Operate basic equipment and tools as needed (training provided) ~ Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols ~ Support machine operators with materials and finished goods ~ Track and report production output and any issues to supervisors ~ Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily goals ~ Perform additional general labor duties as assigned Requirements: ~ Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude ~ Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must ~ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift ~ Willingness to learn and follow directions ~ Must be looking for a long-term opportunity Benefits: ~ Weekly pay ~ Medical ~ Dental ~ Vision
