Position: HAAS CNC Lathe TURN-MILL DS30-Y Machinist / Programmer

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Openings: 2-3 Positions (Day & Afternoon)

What You’ll Do
- Set up & Program or Operate, and monitor HAAS CNC Lathe TURN-MILLS DS30Y to make precision parts while ensuring quality is met.
- Program & Set-up or Perform edits, tool changes, and setups like a pro.
- Lathes have Bar Feeders for automation!
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings with knowledge of GD&T.
- Work with precision measuring instruments to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with your team and bring ideas to the table — we value your input!
- Above all, maintain attention to detail in everything you do.
If you’re applying as a Programmer:
- You’ll program from blueprint using conversational programming or Mastercam 2026 Lathe .
What We’re Looking For
- Blueprint reading skills ( required )
- Knowledge of GD&T ( preferred )
- Ability to make edits, setups, and tool changes
- Experience on HAAS CNC lathes (a plus!)
- Must have your own calipers (we provide the rest of the tooling)
-Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
-Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
