Part or full time. Creekside Animal Hospital is looking for a kind-hearted, motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our growing team. Nestled in the heart of Macomb, Michigan , Creekside Animal Hospital is a privately owned small animal practice dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care. We value strong client relationships, teamwork, and ongoing learning. As an LVT at Creekside, you’ll be a vital part of our medical team, helping deliver outstanding care from routine wellness visits to advanced procedures. You’ll utilize your technical skills while also serving as a trusted resource for pet owners.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
• Monitor anesthesia for surgical and dental procedures
• Perform dental cleanings and obtain digital X-rays
• Collect and prepare lab samples
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Educate clients on care plans and at-home support
• Keep thorough and accurate medical records
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient hospital environment
  

Qualifications

• A Michigan-licensed Veterinary Technician or highly experienced
• A strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships
• A team-oriented professional who thrives on collaboration
• Someone passionate about patient care and continuous improvement
