Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
