Job Title: Locum Tenens - Family Medicine Physician
Location: Michigan State
Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of April 2026. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of twelve to twenty five (12-25) patients per shift in an outpatient setting. Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Eligible
- Licensed in Michigan/IMLC/All-States
- BLS Certification Required
- Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- EPIC Preferred
