Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the fabrication team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Ability to plan, schedule, and optimize fabrication workflow to meet production targets.
• Experience with various materials and their properties relevant to manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing designs.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced welding certifications (e.g., TIG, specific material certifications).
• Forklift operation certification and experience.
• Basic electrical or hydraulic system troubleshooting experience.
