Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends , Autheo , and the WFO Creator Network , along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Role: Senior Data Engineer with Blockchain Experience

Autheo is building a sovereign data platform unifying petabyte-scale pipelines, federated lakehouse analytics, and 200GB/s streaming with 25μs query latencies, unbreakable encryption, and GDPR/HIPAA compliance.

As a part-time Senior Data Engineer in an equity-based cofounder role, you’ll design end-to-end data pipelines using Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and Trino, powering real-time DeFi analytics, healthcare FHIR processing, and AI model training across DePIN networks. This role is critical to enabling zero-ETL homomorphic encryption and zk-proof provenance at scale. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Pipeline Architecture
* Build pipelines for 200GB/s IPFS, Ceph, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB data flows.
* Implement zero-ETL lakehouse analytics with 25μs query latencies.
* Design streaming systems for 50B+ daily DePIN events via Kafka.

2. Secure Data Processing
* Integrate homomorphic encryption for exabyte-scale data security.
* Implement zk-proof provenance with 1-5ms validation.
* Ensure differential privacy (ε=0.5) for DePIN datasets.

3. Compliance & Governance
* Embed GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA-compliant routing with audit logging.
* Design $THEO token-based governance for data pipeline upgrades.
* Generate zk-proof audit trails for SOC 2/HITRUST certification.

4. Data Reliability
* Deploy pipelines to Kubernetes with 99.999% uptime.
* Implement OpenTelemetry tracing for 100% data paths (<15min MTTR).
* Build ML-based monitoring for data flow optimization.

5. Developer Ecosystem
* Deliver SDKs (Python/JS) for single-command data operations.
* Build self-service consoles for pipeline deployment in <5 minutes.
* Design sandbox environments for rapid data testing.

6. Leadership & Innovation
* Collaborate with AI/ML, blockchain, and security teams for integration.
* Lead data architecture reviews for scalability and compliance.
* Mentor engineers and contribute to open-source data components.
* Publish at Spark+AI/Web3 Summit on data innovations.

Qualifications:

Required:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent.
* 5+ years building petabyte-scale data pipelines for high-throughput systems.
* Expertise in Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Trino, and IPFS/Ceph.
* Proficiency in zk-proofs and compliance auditing.

Preferred:
* Background in DeFi analytics or healthcare FHIR processing.
* Experience with open-source data tooling or multi-language SDKs.
* Contributions to blockchain data standards or patents.

Soft Skills:
* Precision in data orchestration and performance optimization.
* Strong technical communication and collaboration.
* Passion for scalable Web3 data ecosystems.
