BCBA / BCaBA Clinical Supervisor
In-Home Services | Remote/Hybrid Supervision | Flexible Scheduling

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs looking for part-time opportunities with the potential to grow into full-time roles. We are a small but growing ABA provider that prioritizes work-life balance, clinician support, and professional growth.

About the Role

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.

Supervision responsibilities include:

• Telehealth supervision

• Monthly in-person client visits

• Parent and caregiver collaboration

• Clinical oversight and guidance for Behavior Technicians and RBTs

• Flexible scheduling based on clinical and client needs

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members

• Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs

• Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses

• Maintain strong clinical, ethical, and professional standards

• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

BCaBA Requirements

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Active LARA License

BCBA Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Active LARA License (if applicable)
