HR Manager - Wyoming Area
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems for all plant personnel.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives, with a strong focus on safety and skills enhancement.
- Lead workforce planning and succession initiatives to support operational demands and productivity goals.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices specific to manufacturing.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse manufacturing workforce, including skilled trades and production staff.
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment within a plant setting.
- Demonstrated experience in promoting and supporting a strong safety culture and compliance in a production operation.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in the local manufacturing workforce.
- OSHA 10/30 certification or strong background in industrial safety program management.
- Prior experience in HRIS implementation or significant HR technology upgrades within a manufacturing environment.
