This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Buyer Sourced Supply Coordinator to join our Purchasing & Sourcing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking shipments to ensure consistent product availability across multiple product lines. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain inventory levels, resolve delivery issues, and support sourcing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in supply chain or procurement who's ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery terms

• Coordinate with transportation providers to arrange shipments and track order status for timely delivery

• Monitor stock levels and expedite or adjust orders to avoid stockouts or excess inventory

• Negotiate with suppliers on cost, delivery, and terms to support business needs and optimize value

• Identify and implement part substitutions, cancellations, or modifications in coordination with suppliers

• Collaborate with internal teams (Planners, Factories, Product Line, and Receiving) to align supply plans

• Prepare and analyze reports to assess supplier performance and support sourcing decisions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze pricing, terms, and supplier performance
