Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for product integration and troubleshooting in manufacturing environments.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes to recommend optimal product applications and solutions.
• Develop and validate proof-of-concept designs and prototypes for specific manufacturing challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify new application opportunities and support pre-sales activities.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with R&D to drive product improvements and new feature development.
• Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides for product usage.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support, applications engineering, or field service role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with relevant industrial software (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLC programming, HMI) or control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) or digital twin technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or custom application development.
• Background in advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or machine vision systems.
• Direct experience in pre-sales support, technical demonstrations, or customer training.
