Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, punctual and detail-oriented Installation Technicians to join our growing field team. Technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality insulation installations, health and safety treatments, and energy upgrades to residential, multi family, and commercial properties in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and transport materials to job sites
• Set up containment areas and safety equipment
• Install various types of insulation (blown-in fiberglass, batts, spray foam) in attics, basements, walls, and crawlspaces
• Operate blowers, vacuums, and other insulation equipment
• Operate mold spray equipment and conduct remediation treatments
• Conduct air sealing and ventilation tasks such as installing roof vents, soffits, and attic fans
• Install encapsulation measures in crawlspaces and basements
• Perform site cleanup and customer walkthroughs
• Maintain company vehicles and job site equipment
• Adhere to manufacturer guidelines for product usage and proper PPE
• Follow company and OSHA safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns to management
• Maintain communication with operations, crew leads and supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in every job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, or home services preferred
• MUST be comfortable working in confined spaces, heights and varying temperatures
• MUST be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 65+ lbs., climb ladders (up to 3 stories), and work on roofs and in attics or crawlspaces
• Ability to hook up and back in trailers
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and/or forklift
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and take direction from certified installers, team leads and operations
• Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
• OSHA certifications a PLUS

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (some overtime and weekend work may be required)
• Travel may be required (company vehicle provided during work hours)
