Position Summary

We are hiring a dependable General Laborer to support our plumbing division with core drilling and job site labor. This role plays a critical part in creating concrete penetrations for piping systems and assisting plumbers with underground and rough-in work.

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow into a plumbing apprentice role.

Pay / Compensation: $19 - $20 /hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with core drilling for plumbing systems (floor, wall, and foundation penetrations for pipe installation)
• Set up and operate core drilling equipment under supervision
• Support plumbers with underground, rough-in, and layout work
• Measure, mark, and prepare drilling locations according to plans
• Transport and stage materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
• Assist with concrete patching and cleanup after drilling

Qualifications:

• Construction or general labor experience preferred
• Experience with concrete cutting/core drilling is a plus
• Interest in learning the plumbing trade (strong growth opportunity)
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow directions
• Valid driver's license preferred
