What your workday looks like

• Carry out a range of hands-on production tasks that follow standardized procedures and meet customer specifications.
• Adhere to all safety practices, documented quality standards, and detailed work instructions.
• Run production machinery and tools—complete training is provided.
• Keep your station clean, orderly, and safe.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily output targets.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $25.27

Shifts you can choose from

• 1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM
• 2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM
• 3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM
• Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of overall work experience; manufacturing background is a plus, and we’ll train you on our processes.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs demand.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures precisely.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced industrial setting.
