Are you passionate about plant health and eager to make a difference in landscape management? Join our team as a Fertilizer Technician! In this role, you will be an integral part of ensuring the vitality and beauty of our clients’ landscapes by applying fertilizers and enhancing soil health.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct soil tests and analyze results to determine appropriate fertilizer applications.
• Prepare and apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and pest control products in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain equipment for precision applications and efficient operation.
• Communicate with clients regarding treatment plans, product information, and care instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, treatments, and observations in the field.
• Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to safety procedures and environmental guidelines to minimize risks and promote sustainability.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of fertilizers, soil biology, and pest management is a plus.
• MDARD and Core Fertilizing Licenses Required.
• Supplemental certifications if not held, will need to be added (Mosquito etc.)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise application instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
