This position is a direct hire opportunity for our client, starting in their Loan Officer Training Program . We are seeking candidates who are interested in starting a career in mortgage and working in a sales-driven role!
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Paid training and licensing
- Typically 1st year Loan Officers earn $85K to $125K (base + commission)

What you will do:
You will be evaluating loan applications, explain loan options, and guide clients through the approval process. Loan Officers work with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions to ensure loans are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations. You will be working through warm, marketing-generated leads - no cold calling.
Qualifications:
- No mortgage background required, we train you
- Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience preferred but not required
- Outgoing, competitive, and naturally good with people
- Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person)
- Motivated by money, growth, and performance
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding after training
- Organized, proactive, and a problem-solver
- Wants to win, not just work
This is a Permanent position based out of Southfield, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
