2nd Shift Assembly
We are seeking a reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling office furniture components according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The Assembler will use hand and power tools, read work instructions or diagrams, and ensure finished products meet safety and quality requirements. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment are essential. Key Responsibilities: Assemble office furniture parts and products according to instructions and drawings Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and production deadlines Qualifications: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read basic instructions and use measuring tools Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts Strong work ethic and attention to detail location: Big Rapids, MI
