Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fridays close at 4:00 PM)
PTO: 2 weeks plus all major holidays off
Benefits: This office does not offer health insurance or 401K
Role Overview
A private healthcare practice is seeking a Practice Administrator / Task Coordinator to serve as the central operational support for the clinic. This role acts as the go-to person for daily problem-solving, staff support, and workflow coordination, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and handle issues as they arise
Serve as the main support for administrative and operational tasks
Act as the point of contact for staff questions and workflow needs
Monitor patient flow and maintain a high-level patient experience
Provide front desk coverage during staffing gaps
Assist with planning an upcoming office move and record organization
Support and maintain positive office culture
Escalate critical matters when needed
Marketing & Growth Support
Help plan community outreach and local marketing initiatives
Coordinate patient events and engagement activities
Support ongoing marketing efforts (no graphic design required)
Patient & Office Support
Assist with scheduling and patient communication
Comfortable working with a senior patient population
Billing experience is a plus, not required

Healthcare or office administration experience preferred
Marketing or event planning experience a plus
