Project Manager - 464
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating flexibility and ability to meet established internal and external deadlines in a Project Management role.
- Experience aligning IT solutions with business initiatives.
- Experience managing a variety of projects, including Request for Proposals (RFPs), contract/scope development, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements and new development, and implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.
- High-level understanding in the areas of project management methodology, web application programming, content management systems, API, database, and system design, with the ability to identify the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to advocate for change and effectively communicate project value, including navigating individual viewpoints and building consensus.
- Manage tasks and resources related to support, maintenance, and enhancements of existing applications.
- Work a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2-days on-site in Pontiac, MI.
