Line Cook
Description of the role: The Line Cook position at Park Place Hotel involves preparing high-quality dishes, following recipe standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Adhere to food safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Competitive compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.
