Simple Job Summary – Process Support (1st Shift)

Job Title: Process Support
Location: Alsip, IL (Onsite)
Duration: Contract through 10/30/2026
Shift: 1st Shift

What the job involves

• Monitor loading of latex products into trailers and railcars.
• Receive and ship raw materials.
• Operate forklifts or other powered industrial equipment (preferred).
• Move materials between tanks, trailers, and warehouse.
• Clean filters and follow SOPs.
• Complete inventory, checklists, and production documentation.
• Use a computer for emails, training, and reporting.
• Follow all safety (HSEQ) procedures.
• Work with production, warehouse, and control room teams.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, wear a respirator, and work in confined spaces.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or chemical plant experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
