What You’ll Do

As a Team Member at Kilwins, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every Guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by greeting Guests warmly and assisting them with their purchases.
- Preparing and serving our signature products, including chocolates, fudge, and ice cream, with care and attention to detail.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who shares our commitment to quality and exceptional service. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or food service.
- A friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- A passion for providing a memorable Guest experience.
