Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability to manage production budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of fostering a high-performance culture.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and supply chain principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience implementing automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
