Location: 100 East Candlewyck Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49001.

At Candlewyck Apartments , we take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and appeal of our apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Inspect and care for all rooms according to established standards.
• Safeguard equipment and promptly address any inadequacies.
• Report damages, deficits, and disturbances to superiors.
• Handle resident complaints and requests professionally and patiently.
• Monitor consumable stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and company practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient in English.
• High school degree.

Compensation:

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM).

Additional Information:

• Supplemental Pay Types: Monthly Renewal Commission.
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.
• Work Location: On-site at Candlewyck Apartments.
