About the Role:

The Production Specialist is a hands-on contributor in the creation and delivery of custom signage, graphic, and displays. Key responsibilities include:

• Print Production: l amination and picture framing
• Assembly: of various signage products
• Quality Control: to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Operation and Maintenance: of production equipment
• Timely Production Completion: in alignment with client specifications

This role is essential in transforming design concepts into high-quality finished products, supporting both creative and operational excellence.

Skills:

The required skills in production equipment and machinery are essential for the daily setup and operation of printing processes. Proficiency in offset printing and calibration techniques allows the Production Specialist to ensure that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Familiarity with production schedules is critical for managing timelines and meeting project deadlines. Additionally, troubleshooting skills are vital for quickly resolving any issues that may arise, minimizing disruptions in production.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate production equipment for various printing processes.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Follow daily job priorities as directed by the Production Manager
• Operate printers, laminators, cutters, and other production equipment safely and effectively
• Perform finishing tasks such as mounting, trimming, and framing
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on all outgoing work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Perform light maintenance on equipment as needed
• Assist with occasional on-site installations or deliveries
