- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
- Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Be in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company.
- Researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through phone interviews and filling out hiring paperwork.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company reputation as 'best place to work'
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

- Investigar a los solicitantes de empleo e invitarlos a postularse, seleccionar candidatos mediante entrevistas telef?nicas y completar la documentaci?n de contrataci?n.
- Buscar y reclutar candidatos mediante bases de datos, redes sociales, etc.
- Filtrar curr?culums y solicitudes de empleo de los candidatos.
- Realizar entrevistas utilizando diversas herramientas y m?todos fiables de reclutamiento y selecci?n para filtrar a los candidatos dentro del plazo establecido.
- Evaluar los conocimientos, habilidades, competencias interpersonales, experiencia y aptitudes relevantes de los solicitantes.
- Incorporar a los nuevos empleados para su plena integraci?n.
- Servir de punto de contacto y forjar relaciones influyentes con los candidatos durante el proceso de selecci?n.
- Promover la reputaci?n de la empresa como el "mejor lugar para trabajar".
