Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects throughout West Michigan. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and general contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both office-based tasks and field operations, including leading onsite meetings and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects throughout West Michigan.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and general contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage both office-based tasks and field operations.
• Lead onsite meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
