Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic planning and execution to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency, product quality, and cost control.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, focusing on financial performance, resource allocation, and capital expenditures.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture by leading, mentoring, and developing the manufacturing team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational excellence and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, and internal corporate teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen.
• Extensive experience (8-10+ years) in manufacturing operations, including lean principles, supply chain, and quality control.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities, including business planning and market growth initiatives.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with strong talent development and performance management skills.
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives in manufacturing.
• Fluency in multiple languages relevant to international markets or a diverse workforce.
• Proven track record in M&A integration or significant organizational change management.
• Expertise in global supply chain optimization or international market expansion.
