Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, servers, and network devices supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing-specific systems including MES, SCADA, and PLC connectivity.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Develop, test, and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for production-critical data and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting production lines, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Administer and maintain enterprise applications such as ERP systems and their integration with manufacturing processes.
• Manage and maintain industrial network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for shop floor equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment, including an understanding of OT/ICS systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES).
• Proven experience with backup, disaster recovery, and implementing cybersecurity best practices.
• Hands-on experience with industrial PCs, ruggedized hardware, and peripheral devices common in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments (SCADA, MES, PLCs).
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS infrastructure support).
• Experience with IT/OT cybersecurity best practices.
• Understanding of IoT solutions and Industry 4.0 concepts in a manufacturing context.
