Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily finishing operations and personnel.
• Ensure finished products consistently meet quality standards and specifications.
• Optimize production schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency and output.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate finishing technicians on techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising teams in a manufacturing finishing environment.
• Strong knowledge of various finishing processes (e.g., painting, assembly, polishing, deburring) and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure quality control, conduct inspections, and resolve production issues.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and compliance standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems or specialized quality management software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety management experience.
