Account Manager

Summary: We are seeking a visionary leader to take on a multifaceted role that demands excellence in customer engagement, project leadership, cost optimization, and the cultivation of a culture dedicated to relentless improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Customer Engagement:

• Formulate a comprehensive strategy for industry-specific customer engagement, targeting key markets.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to foster long-term client relationships.
• Develop and articulate a forward-looking vision for customer engagement, aligning it with the company's long-term strategic goals.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning the organization as a trusted partner.
• Lead the charge in identifying emerging market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities, driving innovation in our approach.
• Champion the development and implementation of tailored, data-driven strategies that maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Elevate the organization's thought leadership within the industry, actively participating in conferences, panels, and other events to shape and influence the discourse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.

Project Leadership and Oversight:

• Lead and oversee the execution of novel projects, ensuring their timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Foster seamless collaboration across internal departments to synchronize project activities and resource allocation.
• Craft and present project quotations and proposals to clients with precision.

Strategic Cost Management:

• Spearhead efforts to maintain and optimize product cost rates, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancement.
• Supervise the final product delivery process, guaranteeing timely and streamlined shipment to our valued customers.

Change Management Excellence:

• Navigate product changes through the engineering change request system, orchestrating seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
• Provide critical support for quality-related concerns across various departments, contributing to an environment of uncompromising excellence.

Proactive Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:

• Take the lead in proactive problem-solving, dismantling obstacles, and championing a culture of relentless improvement across the entire organization.

Advanced Project Management:

• Employ robust project management acumen to meticulously plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring their alignment with objectives and adherence to timelines.

Meticulous Quotation Management:

• Diligently manage quotations and proposals, ensuring their precision and strict alignment with customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business or project management preferred.
• In absence of a degree, minimum 5-7 years work experience in a related capacity preferred.
• Support and provide quality expertise for any departmental duties assigned.
• Be a leader in solving problems, breaking barriers and promoting a continuous improvement philosophy.
