ID: 77660913 Shift: Nights 12 hours 7P - 7:15A (36 Hour Guarantee) Description: Works under the supervision of the Med-Surg Nurse Manager. The Staff RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises individual patient care on the nursing unit according to established policies, procedures and guidelines. Accepts responsibility for the direction of co-workers in the implementation of the patient s plan of care. Performs other duties as assigned.Responsibilities(50%)*Provides nursing care using the Nursing Process by: Completing nursing assessment of patient and documenting appropriately in the patient chart. Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of the patient.
