Join our team and build a rewarding career in automotive sales.Job DetailsSalary: From $100,000 to $170,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Rochester Hills, MI 48307Position SummaryAs a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from greeting customers and identifying their needs to negotiating deals and completing paperwork. Your product knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism will help drive sales and contribute to our dealership's ongoing success.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis including desired make, type, and features.Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership's computer database.Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, financing or lease payments, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fees, and discounts.Inspect inventory on the lot regularly to maintain product knowledge.Complete all required sales paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.Introduce customers to their new vehicles and provide thorough familiarization.Attend required training sessions and departmental meetings.Maintain regular and predictable attendance.Work HoursThis is a full-time position.
