About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with All Medical Personnel to find a qualified Outpatient Clinic RN in Detroit Region, Michigan!

Client will conduct a teams interview for anyone that is not local. 
The compliance process requires for them to complete required paperwork from the client as well as drug and fingerprinting. We've had two nurses back out during this process, so anyone you are considering needs to commit that if they are offered position, they will complete what is required and in a timely manner.

Job Description:

• Planning and managing patient care.
• Interviewing patients and recording their medical history.
• Obtaining patient vital signs.
• Administering injections of medications.
• Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.
• Observing and recording patients’ conditions and reactions to medications and treatments
• Assisting patients with hygiene
• Providing personal care and assisting with daily living needs

Qualifications:

• Current state license
• BLS required.
• Minimum of 1-year recent experience
