The Opportunity

Nutanix is looking for a highly strategic, detail-oriented Candidate Experience Specialist to support our Executive Recruiting team, with a specialized focus on the Executive offer and pre-hire onboarding experience . This role is critical to delivering a white-glove, seamless, and highly confidential and best in class candidate experience for senior leaders joining Nutanix. You will operate at the intersection of recruiting, executive stakeholders, compensation, legal, HR partners, and candidates, ensuring precision, consistency, and an exceptional first impression of Nutanix.

About the Team

The Executive Recruiting team partners closely with Nutanix's executive leadership to attract and hire senior leaders who shape the company's strategy and culture. We operate with a high degree of trust, discretion, and precision, and we are deeply committed to delivering a candidate experience that reflects Nutanix's values. As an Executive Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you will be a core partner to this team, helping scale excellent candidate experience and operational efficiency across executive hiring, offers, and pre-hire onboarding.

Your Role

As the Candidate Experience Specialist supporting Executive Recruiting , you will own and elevate the end-to-end coordination of executive offers and pre-hire onboarding, while also providing broader recruiting coordination support as needed. Your work will directly impact how senior leaders experience Nutanix from offer acceptance through their first days.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the end-to-end executive offer process , including offer document coordination, approvals, version control, and delivery, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.

  • Partner closely with Executive Recruiters, Compensation, Legal and Hiring Leaders to align on executive-level offer details and approvals.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for executive candidates during the offer and pre-hire onboarding phase, delivering a polished, white-glove experience.

  • Coordinate complex, high-touch executive pre-hire onboarding experiences , including Day 1 readiness, executive introductions, and alignment with People, IT, Facilities, and Leadership teams.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Anticipate risks or gaps in the offer and onboarding process and proactively propose solutions.

  • Create, maintain, and improve executive recruiting and onboarding workflows, templates, and documentation to drive consistency and scalability.

  • Champion the executive recruiting candidate experience , designing and executing a thoughtful, high-touch process that reflects the company's brand and leadership standards.

  • Support scheduling and coordination for executive level interviews and related recruiting activities as needed.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Executive Recruiting team, identifying opportunities to continuously improve the executive candidate experience.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive recruiting support, HR operations, or a related role, with exposure to executive-level hiring strongly preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience managing complex offer processes, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; accuracy is non-negotiable.

  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and candidates.

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and navigate ambiguity.

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities.

  • Experience improving or scaling processes; ability to balance structure with flexibility.

  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting systems and strong general tech fluency.

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 114,400 and USD $ 178,000 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
