This role is a specialized part of our Transaction Advisory Services team, focused on managing and executing data analytics services to support decision-making processes across various industries. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that leverages advanced data management and analytics solutions to drive insights and optimize outcomes.

Our transaction advisory team works with corporate and private clients to extract & analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies. You will collaborate in a dynamic, data-driven environment where creativity and analytical thinking intersect to solve challenging business problems. As industries continue to evolve, we strive to provide innovative solutions, ensuring clients receive high-quality data insights while navigating tight deadlines.

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Conduct data analytics processes throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Gather and prepare large datasets from client information systems.
• Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven solutions.
• Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Leverage business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools to transform data into insights.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support complex business questions.
• Ensure high-quality execution and delivery of data analytics products.

The qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience is provided in accordance with applicable state requirement. Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO or IL. Please review the position location for the applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows: $6,375.00 - $7,500.00 Illinois monthly base range is as follows: $6,375.00 - $7,500.00
