Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, automation, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
• Integrate robotic systems, vision systems, and other advanced automation technologies into production lines.
• Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for existing control systems and manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and communication architectures.
• Experience with robotics programming, integration, and troubleshooting (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex control systems, including motion control and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, control panel design, and industrial safety standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity best practices and network security
• Experience with robotic programming (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) or industrial vision systems
