Automotive Manager / Service Advisor
St. Clair Shores, MI
$70,000 – $120,000 + Bonus | Monday–Friday Only

Who They're Looking For

  • A proven leader with 10+ years of automotive experience , including at least 4 years as a Service Advisor

  • Someone who has run or helped run a $2M+ independent shop or managed multiple high-volume locations

  • A strong communicator and organizer with a results-first mindset

  • A coach who can train, develop, and inspire a winning team

  • Hands-on enough to jump into the service drive or step in for advisors when needed

  • Someone who understands KPIs like ARO, GP$, labor margins, ELR, DVI usage, and can lead a team to crush them

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating a team of technicians and advisors to hit performance targets

  • Managing daily shop operations, budgets, staffing, and workflow

  • Acting as the liaison between customers, staff, and leadership

  • Upholding service quality, accountability, and customer care standards

  • Driving growth through systems, leadership, and performance management

  • Supporting service writing and sales as needed to meet customer demand
